Essential Postnatal is formulated for the new nutrient demands on a mother for 6 months postpartum and throughout lactation.* The postpartum period is commonly defined as the time from birth up to 6 months post-birth. We recommend Essential Postnatal to women for 6 months after giving birth or for as long as they plan to breastfeed or pump.*
Our products are purchased as a subscription. After your initial purchase, orders are automatically sent every 30 days to keep you on track. That said, it’s your Ritual: We’ll send you a notification each month a few days before we charge you and ship your next bottle. You’re free to rush or delay an order or cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account page.
Each batch of our multivitamins is tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition so we can be sure that what’s on the label is what’s in the capsules. We also complete third-party testing to help ensure our products are compliant with regulations and guidelines for heavy metals, microbes, and major allergens and to help assure the quality and safety of our products. The bottle for Essential Postnatal is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and is made of #1 PET plastic, which is highly recyclable curbside. The caps on our multivitamin bottles are #5 and are made of polypropylene.

Loving the postnatal so far! I’m 2 months postpartum and am so glad I have this postnatal to help give me the nutrients I need while nursing and recovering! I’m interested to see how it helps with postpartum hair loss which hasn’t hit me quite yet, will possibly update my review later on!
