Our radical idea: supplements should work.
The term “clinically studied” is used a lot, but not all clinical studies are created equal.
In fact, there is no regulated definition of the term “clinically studied” for dietary supplements in the US.
Our “clinically proven” means human studies on our finished formulas to actually measure impact, not just make claims. Here’s how we’re raising the bar on clinical evidence:
-
Pre-registered study plans & outcomes
Upfront trial registration makes studies more transparent and trustworthy. Find all of our trials on ClinicalTrials.gov.
-
Independently led studies
Our independent research partners provide expert collaboration and help ensure objectivity, even with industry funding.
-
Thoughtful, inclusive participation
We set criteria to ensure study participants reflect real users, and an independent IRB reviews each study plan for safety.
-
Transparent, controlled results
We plan a study’s sample size via power analysis and compare results to controls to reduce bias and detect real effects.
-
Peer-reviewed results & publication
Completing a study isn’t the end. We share results at conferences and pursue peer-reviewed publication to help validate our methods and conclusions.
-
Advocacy for change
Clinical findings help support our advocacy work to push for updated nutrient guidance and safer heavy metal limits for supplements.
Our Clinical Studies
Follow our progress as we work towards our goal of completing clinical trials on all existing products by 2030.
