When do you take Fertility Support?

Fertility Support is a clean, traceable, 3-in-1 formula designed to support conception outcomes and the health of your eggs. It can be taken prior to trying-to-conceive, prior to a fertility event, and while actively trying-to-conceive. We recommend starting three months prior to conception or related fertility milestones. It can be safely taken even before you know you're pregnant.*

Should I be taking Essential Prenatal alongside Fertility Support when TTC?

We see Fertility Support and Essential Prenatal Multivitamin as complementary products when trying to conceive; they are designed to be taken together. Our 3-in-1 Fertility Support is formulated with three ingredients — CoQ10, NAC, and Myo-Inositol — to support fertility health. We recommend taking Fertility Support with Essential Prenatal, which supports adequate intake of key nutrients like Folate, Omega-3 DHA, and Choline to support both mom and baby during preconception and pregnancy. These two products work hand-in-hand to support fertility health while also providing key essential nutrient support during this lifestage.

While you can continue taking Essential Prenatal multivitamin throughout your pregnancy, we recommend not taking Fertility Support beyond a positive pregnancy test.

Why did you choose a powder?
