That said, we’d suggest checking in with your physician first.*
Our products are purchased as a subscription. After your initial purchase, orders are automatically sent every 30 days to keep you on track. That said, it’s your Ritual: We’ll send you a notification each month a few days before we charge you and ship your next bottle. You’re free to rush or delay an order or cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account page.
Each batch of our multivitamins is tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition so we can be sure that what’s on the label is what’s in the capsules. We also complete third-party testing to help ensure our products are compliant with regulations and guidelines for heavy metals, microbes, and major allergens and to help assure the quality and safety of our products. The bottle for Essential for Women 50+ is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and is made of #1 PET plastic, which is highly recyclable curbside. The caps on our multivitamin bottles are #5 and are made of polypropylene.

I have been on them consistently,until recently when they are sold out. That's a first and now I am off because you can't get the product, but when I do have my subscription working, they are the best vitamins I have ever taken. I work really hard and they get me through the day and I hate being without them. Would recommend to the world.

Easy on my stomach

I have long had difficulty with vitamins making me nauseous. These vitamins really can be taken even on an empty stomach &, like magic, they don't make me feel sick. I also think that the price point is reasonable for my longterm budget.
