    Great daily mutlvitamin

    I havr been taking this for a long time. Aside from my recent iron struggles this was doing the trick. I wish it had some vitamin C in it to help absorb the iron better!

While our multivitamin doesn’t contain vitamin C, it does include a chelated form of iron that was specifically selected for its bioavailability and gentleness on digestion. This form of iron is designed to support absorption while being easier on the stomach than many commonly used iron forms.
