This is my favourite supplement I have used. I feel better when I take it. It’s only been a month though. It doesn’t give me a headache, it’s easy to digest, no odd flavour. I like the look of it is unique too.

3 pm slump

Was experiencing the worst 3 pm slump and fatigue no matter how much I rested. Started taking ritual multivitamin for women 18+ everyday and after one bottle that afternoon crash is gone. I am able to feel energized until bedtime!
