Return Policy
Our Happiness Guarantee
Our goal is to make sure that you have the best experience possible with us. That means if our products aren't for you, we'll refund the purchase price of your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase from us via Ritual.com. This Happiness Guarantee applies to your first purchase of a Ritual product.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The product name(s)
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.
All refunds issued are to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to limit and/or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or as otherwise permitted by law.
This policy only applies to purchases made on Ritual.com. If you purchased Ritual products from an authorized reseller, please refer to that retailer’s return and refund policy, as we are only able to process returns or refunds for orders placed directly through Ritual.com. Purchases made through unauthorized resellers are not eligible for returns, refunds, or Ritual’s Happiness Guarantee.
