Frequent Questions

Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard or Subscriptions tab.

1. Navigate to “Edit Subscription."


2. A page will open with your subscription details.

3. On the subscription details page, select “Unsubscribe.”

4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You may see optional offers before finalizing—just continue through to complete your request.

5. If you have multiple products, repeat these steps for each one you’d like to cancel.

Need your Ritual a little sooner or later? You can update your delivery date anytime in just a few clicks:

1. Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard or Subscriptions tab.

2. Find the order or product you’d like to update and click “Edit Subscription.” Or from your Dashboard, scroll to your upcoming order and select “Reschedule Shipment.”

3. Choose your new delivery timing. You can select options like ASAP, delay by 1–3 weeks, or choose a specific date.

4. Confirm your update by selecting “Reschedule Shipment.” Once selected, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on your new schedule.

Note: If you have multiple products in one shipment, this will update the delivery date for the entire order.

Once an order has been processed, we're unable to cancel or make changes—it ships quickly and arrives on time!

To avoid unwanted shipments, we recommend making any updates to your subscription at least 24 hours before your next order is set to process.

You can manage your subscription anytime from your Account Dashboard.

To add a product to your subscription:

1. Shop the site by navigating to desired products from Ritual.com. Each order you place will create a new subscription.

2. Log in to your account and navigate to your subscription using the tabs at the top of the page. You may see products available to add via Quick Add on the Edit Subscription page. If the product you want appears there, you can add it directly to your current subscription—it'll follow the same delivery schedule.

To remove a product from your subscription:

1. Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard or Subscriptions tab.

2. Navigate to the “Edit Subscription” button and a page will open with subscription details


4. Select 'Unsubscribe' on the items you would like to cancel from your order. If you have multiple subscriptions you will need to select 'Edit Subscription' on each order.

5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation of the selected subscription.
