The only protein powder I’ll consume!
I have never been big into protein shakes or protein powder. They’ve always tasted chalky and gross to me. However, I really felt like I needed the extra protein during my pregnancy and postpartum. I loved Ritual’s other products (I’ve taken the pre & post natal, symbiotic, and hyacera before), so I decided to give it a try. Immediately loved it. The flavor (vanilla) is delicious and the powder feels silky instead of chalky once blended. I mix mine in a blender with 2 cups of oat milk and ice. It’s become a treat for me. I look forward to drinking it everyday. I’ll probably switch to their regular protein in a few more months postpartum since it’s cheaper, but I love the option of having the added choline. I’ll be trying their chocolate flavor next!

Good but…
I really enjoyed the taste of this protein. I also appreciate the transparency with respect to most of the ingredients. A few things that annoyed me with my daily use of this product: the serving size is 1/3 cup, but no measuring instrument is provided, the bag itself is Velcro, which is extremely inconvenient given that the protein powder itself is a very light powder that goes everywhere when you’re initially trying to open up the packaging for first use. Also, I do believe this powder has ingredients of natural flavors listed, which is not transparent or helpful when trying to decide what protein to go for during my pregnancy.
Additionally, it’s a little expensive

Love it!
I look forward to drinking this protein shake. I love the taste of it! Very clean vanilla flavor. I also like that it provides choline and protein to keep my baby strong and healthy. In the third trimester it’s a great shake to grab and go. Very nice that they now include a shaker, I ordered a few months ago and had to buy my own shaker. I find it to dissolve well . I recommend this, I drink it every other day and it lasts me a month.
