Our products are conveniently available through a subscription model. After your initial purchase, orders are automatically shipped every 30 days to ensure you stay on track with your routine.

Because it's your Ritual, we want to ensure you're always in control. That's why we'll send you a notification a few days before we charge you and ship your next bottle each month. You can also rush or skip an order or cancel your subscription anytime, directly from your account page.

When it comes to ensuring the safety and quality of your Ritual, we take steps that go above and beyond industry standards. Our products are manufactured in accordance with the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), which help ensure quality and safety. We take serious measures, including conducting rigorous third-party testing on every batch with world-class organizations, such as Eurofins and IEH Laboratories. Our third party tests each batch for heavy metals, microbes, allergens, and other contaminants, helping to ensure our products are compliant within current guidelines and regulations.

Ritual's commitment to sustainable packaging is rooted in science and accountability. By referencing frameworks like the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and utilizing tools like Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), we ensure that our packaging choices align with our environmental goals. Our approach encompasses recycled, recyclable, and refillable materials, with a focus on circularity and carbon footprint reduction.

For instance, our multivitamin bottles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, giving plastic a second life and reducing carbon emissions by 59.4% compared to glass†. We prioritize materials like recycled PET, which enjoy high curbside recycling rates. While some packaging, like our Synbiotic+ bottles with moisture-controlled technology, may not be recyclable curbside, we're proactive in finding solutions, such as partnering with programs like Pact Collective for take-back initiatives.
