Yes, Omega-3 was designed to be taken on its own, or in combination with a multivitamin. Ritual Omega-3 was designed for those looking for additional long chain Omega-3 fatty acids and to provide Omega-3 DHA & EPA in a ratio recommended in the USDA’s Healthy Mediterranean-Style Eating Pattern. Ritual Omega-3 provides 500 mg of vegan Omega-3 with a citrus taste and minimal burp-back, all in one capsule.*

Is Omega-3 right for me?

Thank you for letting us know! Just to share a little more, our multivitamins don’t contain fish oil! Instead, we use a high-quality, vegan algal oil, which provides a sustainable and pure source of omega-3s without the fishy aftertaste. Tastes extremely fishy and does cause fish burps
This tasts fishier than the fish oil version of omega-3. There is not even any hint of citrus or lemon. And yes you do for sure get the “fish burps.” I had to cancel my subscription because I’m not able to do this pure torture.
