    Only 20 capsules per bottle

    I find this product to be helpful for sleep and honestly I need it most nights! Having just 20 capsules per bottle means I don’t have enough to get through a month.

    Otherwise I like the pleasant smell, it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.

    As for potency, for me, an 8+ year Ambien Patient, it does not work very well. However, it does aid in helping me to sleep longer periods of time, at night.
