    The shaker is a great addition!

    I’ve left a previous review regarding how the supplement separates and sticks to the glass making it difficult to drink. As noted in the item description it does state the Coq10 will stick that’s why more is added to compensate and I missed that before I wrote my first review. I’ve been taking it for over a month now with no side effects. I really like the ingredients and was approved by my obgyn. Fingers crossed for a baby soon!

    I've been taking the Ritual pre-natal before conception and throughout my pregnancy. It's been great. Some friends who use other prenatals have issues with terrible flavors and nausea; not me! The lemon flavor is nice and gentle and the prenatal is gentle on my digestive system. Recommend!
