Frequent Questions

Need your Ritual a little sooner or later? You can update your delivery date anytime in just a few clicks:

1. Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard or Subscriptions tab.

2. Find the order or product you’d like to update and click “Edit Subscription.” Or from your Dashboard, scroll to your upcoming order and select “Reschedule Shipment.”

3. Choose your new delivery timing. You can select options like ASAP, delay by 1–3 weeks, or choose a specific date.

4. Confirm your update by selecting “Reschedule Shipment.” Once selected, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on your new schedule.

Note: If you have multiple products in one shipment, this will update the delivery date for the entire order.

To update your shipping address:

1. Log into your account and go to your Dashboard or Subscriptions tab.

2. Click 'Edit Subscription' on the order you would like to update

3. Click "Update" next to shipping address

4. A pop-up will appear prompting you to complete the required fields

5. Click the blue button that says "Update Address". Changes will be applied to your future orders.

To update your billing details:

1. Log into your account and go to your Dashboard or Subscriptions tab.

2. Click 'Edit Subscription' on the order you would like to update

3. Click "Update" next to billing details

4. You will be directed to a new page to add or edit payment details

5. Save all changes before exiting

You can add products to your subscription or remove an item from your bundle on your account dashboard by selecting 'Edit Subscription'.
