    Great for relaxation and sleep

    Absolutely love the Magnesium powder. I have struggled with relaxing before bed for years, and pregnancy has made it even more difficult! While not a magic potion, drinking this before bed has made a stark difference. It helps me relax and get sleepy in a way that doesn’t make me wake up groggy.

    It’s not a product I will be able to get continuously because of the price point, but if I could I would. Great for times in life when relaxation is hard to get at night.
