After getting my blood test results it was clear I needed to eat much more protein during my pregnancy. Reading 9 Months That Count Forever helped me realize I also needed more choline in my diet. This shake helps me reach those goals and I would recommend it to all of my pregnant friends. But other reviewers are right. It doesn’t mix well without using a blender, and I wish they sold a 30 day supply with a fuller bag at a better price.
FYI it’s absolutely delicious blended with some overnight-soaked chia seeds and 1/4 of a fresh cantaloupe.

For the best mixing results, we'd recommend using a shaker bottle or blender with 8–12 oz of cold liquid rather than stirring — that can really help with texture! Great product, not too chalky and gives great energy throughout the day.
I got this when I was pregnant and couldn’t stand the taste so here I am trying to finish the bag at 6.5 months post partum. I have maybe have half a week left. I didn’t see the info online on the no scooper and that annoyed me when I kept looking for scooper when none was found. They should at least offer it as an option if you want it. I seriously doubt it saves their footprint by 22 percent eliminating it. Ok on to the taste, I couldn’t stand it when I was pregnant but now it’s just tolerable. It doesn’t mix well in any liquid water milk etc. It has a grainier texture. I love that it is a ‘clean’ product but what’s the use if I can’t get it down?! The texture and taste aren’t good. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Our Impact team has worked hard to thoughtfully reduce the environmental footprint of our products and packaging wherever we can. Removing the plastic scoop was one of those intentional decisions, and the 22% reduction reflects the estimated decrease in the product’s packaging carbon footprint from eliminating the scoop and making other packaging updates. We include measuring instructions on the packaging so you can portion a serving using a standard measuring spoon, but we appreciate your feedback that the lack of a scoop could be communicated more clearly.
For mixability, we recommend using a blender for the smoothest consistency. If the texture is still a bit grainier than you prefer, adding more liquid can also help create a thinner, smoother mixture.
